There was also a terrifying knee-to-head collision in Friday’s preseason game between the Detroit Lions and Atlanta Falcons. Lions defensive back Morice Norris was down for several minutes and eventually placed in an ambulance, with players from both teams effectively agreeing to end the game early after showing tremendous concern for Norris. There is good news to report on Norris after that terrifying moment, and he is currently in stable condition.

Although the game ended in a tie, it felt like a win overall. Seattle’s primary backups all excelled against Las Vegas’ starters. The offensive line played well and the Seahawks had success at the line of scrimmage. Rookies shone and gave cause for optimism about the 2025 class. All-in-all, this was a good night.
