Before we know it, the stars of the NFL will take center stage on Monday nights as teams look to showcase their strengths in primetime.
First up on the Monday Night Football calendar is a deep-rooted NFC North rivalry between the Chicago Bears and Minnesota Vikings.

Last season saw the Vikings stunned the NFL world during the regular season as they finished 14-3 with journeyman quarterback Sam Darnold leading the way. However, that came crashing down in the Wildcard Round of the playoffs as the team fell to the Los Angeles Rams. Now, the team starts fresh at quarterback with 2024 first round pick, J.J. McCarthy.
In the Windy City, there’s plenty of hopeful Bears fans after a 5-12 season last year as the team hired former Detroit Lions offensive coordinator Ben Johnson to be the team’s head coach.
It’ll be a crucial year for Chicago as Johnson will be paired with young quarterback Caleb Williams in hopes of maximizing the latter’s skillset.
The teams face off on Monday, Sept. 8 at 8:15 p.m. ET. If you’re a fan of either team, you still have time to secure tickets to see the Bears take on the Vikings.
