The Tennessee Titans aren’t standing pat after falling 29-7 to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in their preseason opener and announced a couple of roster moves ahead of kicking off the first of their two joint practice sessions with the Atlanta Falcons.

The first was activating center Lloyd Cushenberry off the Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list after he passed his physical. While he will likely be eased back into action, this is still a significant step forward for Cushenberry and gives the team hope that they will have their projected starting offensive line available when they kick off the regular season against the Denver Broncos

Tennessee also announced the release of quarterback Tim Boyle after a disastrous outing against the Buccaneers. Boyle was dreadful, going 4-of-13 for 24 yards with an interception in the second half of the preseason opener.

To fill his spot on the roster, the Titans re-signed Trevor Siemian to the 90-man roster. The veteran quarterback spent 2024 split between the practice squad and active roster during his second stint with the Titans.

The veteran signal caller has some history with head coach Brian Callahan and has seen action in 40 career games. In 33 starts, Siemian has a 15-18 record, throwing for 7,751 yards, 44 touchdowns, and 32 interceptions.
