The Atlanta Falcons kicked off their first joint practice with the Tennessee Titans on Tuesday morning. The two teams will practice again on Wednesday before facing off in a preseason matchup this Friday at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.
We’ve already seen some nice highlights from Tuesday’s practice, including an impressive grab from wide receiver Drake London and a few good reps of A.J. Terrell against former Falcons wide receiver Calvin Ridley. Head coach Raheem Morris also gave some updates on his preseason plans for Kirk Cousins and Younghoe Koo.

“Kind of just waiting and rolling,” Falcons head coach Raheem Morris said of injured wide receiver Darnell Mooney. “Kind of a week-to-week basis. I feel good about getting him back healthy and ready to go. When? I don’t know. We’ll have him back healthy this year, though.”

Falcons leave door open for Kirk Cousins to playFalcons K Younghoe Koo to start vs. Titans
After giving Lenny Krieg the start in Atlanta’s preseason opener, the Falcons plan to start Younghoe Koo in their second preseason matchup against the Titans on Friday. Krieg has played well throughout camp but Koo has the edge in experience.
