The latest DCC star.

Another year of Cowboys football means another year of the most iconic cheerleading team in all the NFL.

Fresh off of a $12.8 billion franchise valuation and owner Jerry Jones announcing that he’s cancer-free, a rookie member of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders shared a post celebrating making the team with the rest of the DCC ladies on Wednesday.

Morgan Perschy, a former captain of Arizona State’s dance squad, posted a carousel of flicks with her new teammates as they prepare for the 2025-26 season down in Arlington.

“Sweetest memories with my girls ❤️” Perschy posted.

Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders have always been extremely popular but lately they’ve really taken on a life of their own ever since partnering with Netflix on the “America’s Sweethearts” series.

After years of being severely underpaid, the last season’s women were able to negotiate a 400% increase in salary for future DCC members — allowing them to fully invest in their cheerleading duties without having to work several other jobs to make ends meet.

While the Cowboys still have plenty of questions surrounding the actual football team, DCC’s final roster is set and they’ll be ready to make their season debut Sunday, Sept. 14 when Dallas hosts the New York Giants.
