Following the 2025 NFL draft, which of the Jacksonville Jaguars’ unrestricted free agents from this offseason still remain unsigned?

The Jacksonville Jaguars are the only team in the NFL this offseason who haven’t re-signed at least one unrestricted free agent. In fact, if we also include their exclusive rights free agents and restricted free agents, the only player brought back from that group of players was Cole Van Lanen.

This has been one part of the roster reshaping process for GM James Gladstone. We also saw him trade Christian Kirk, along with releasing Evan Engram and a few other players, while signing 10 outside unrestricted free agents to help raise the roster floor, as Gladstone put it.

So, of the Jaguars’ 2025 unrestricted free agent class, which players have already signed elsewhere, and who remains available in free agency?

With help from Over the Cap, let’s take an updated look at where things now stand.

IOL Brandon Scherff: The Jaguars have added heavily to the offensive line this offseason, with four additions made in free agency and two in the draft. Teams are always looking to bolster their offensive line depth, so now with the draft behind us, I would guess it’s only a matter of time before Scherff lands somewhere.

LB Caleb Johnson: Over his three seasons with the Jaguars, Johnson has been a core special teams contributor, which included playing 363 snaps across five of the six different phases in 2024, along with being one of PFF’s top graded special teams contributors across the NFL.

RB D’Ernest Johnson: Depth at the running back position was a need for the Jaguars for much of the offseason, but they took advantage of a deep running back draft class and made two additions there to join Travis Etienne and Tank Bigsby.

QB CJ Beathard: Behind Trevor Lawrence, James Gladstone brought in two quarterbacks prior to the draft–Nick Mullens and John Wolford–who have experience in similar systems to Liam Coen’s. The Jaguars also added UDFA Seth Henigan.
