SAINTS-JAGUARS GAME DETAILS & HOW TO WATCH INFORMATION
SAINTS-JAGUARS GAME OVERVIEW:
The Saints dropped to 0-1 in the preseason after falling 27-13 at the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday and will look to rebound in their 2025 home preseason opener when they host the 0-1 Jacksonville Jaguars at the Caesars Superdome. The two clubs have met three times in the preseason, with the Saints holding a 2-1 lead. This will be the first time that the two teams have met in the preseason since a 23-21 Saints win at the Caesars Superdome on Aug. 23, 2021.
In the regular season, the Saints and Jaguars have met eight times, with New Orleans holding a 5-3 series lead. The last meeting between the two teams came in an Oct. 19, 2023 Thursday Night Football matchup that saw the Jaguars claim a 31-24 victory over the Saints.
New Orleans will hold three more training camp practices at UC-Irvine in Southern California before returning home on Friday to prepare for Sunday’s contest. Following the matchup with the Jaguars, the Saints return to the Ochsner Sports Performance Center for their final phase of training camp, before closing out the 2025 preseason against the Denver Broncos at the Caesars Superdome on Aug. 23.
