Things will sound a little different ahead of Dallas Cowboys games at AT&T Stadium this season.
The team announced ahead of Saturday night’s preseason game against Baltimore that long-time national anthem trumpeter, Freddie Jones, has retired. He had played the anthem before games at AT&T Stadium for more than a decade.
The anthem will now feature a member of the U.S. military as the trumpeter moving forward, with Airman 1st Class, Christopher Stein from the United States Air Force performing Saturday night.
