The Seattle Seahawks recently completed rookie minicamp, which consisted of three days of practices from Thursday through Saturday. It’s Tuesday and we haven’t heard any news about any of the tryout players getting signed, but it’s worth keeping these players in mind in case they are signed later on in the offseason as the Seahawks shape up their training camp roster.

I should also note that linebacker Jamie Sheriff and offensive lineman Jalen Mayfield were both minicamp participants. Sheriff was a late addition to Seattle’s preseason roster last year and finished his rookie season on the practice squad, while Mayfield has been in the league since 2022. The NFL permits a maximum of five veteran players to be in post-Draft rookie minicamp, so that’s how Mayfield in particular is eligible despite having 16 career starts to his name.
