Chargers head coach Jim Harbaugh confirmed that wide receiver Quentin Johnston suffered a concussion in the preseason loss to the Rams on Saturday.
Johnston was hit by Rams safety Tanner Ingle on a deep route down the right sideline. He landed on his back and remained motionless for a little while before medical staff attended to him. Johnston was eventually able to sit up and walk to the cart under his own power before being transported to a local hospital for evaluation.

Harbaugh confirmed the diagnosis after the game at his media availability and said that Johnston was talking, remembered the play, and was moving well. A timeline for his return has yet to be established.
