Going into the 2025 NFL season, Sportico.com estimates the Denver Broncos are worth $6.55 billion, a 19% increase from last season and the 15th-highest valuation among the league’s 32 clubs.
Last year, another outlet, Forbes, estimated the franchise was worth $5.5 billion ahead of the 2024 season.

A group led by Walmart’s Rob Walton purchased the franchise for $4.65 billion in 2022 and they instantly became the richest ownership group in the NFL. After Walton transferred part of his ownership stake to his grandchildren in 2023, Greg Penner (Walton’s son-in-law) became Denver’s new controlling owner with a majority share.
Elsewhere in the AFC West, the Las Vegas Raiders ($7.9 billion) are ranked ninth, followed by the Broncos at No. 15, the Kansas City Chiefs ($6.53 billion) at No. 16 and the Los Angeles Chargers ($6.21 billion) at No. 21.
Sportico estimates the Dallas Cowboys ($12.8 billion) are the most valuable team in the NFL.
