The Tennessee Titans will see a familiar face when they return to the practice field on Wednesday after activating L’Jarius Sneed from the team’s Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list.
Sneed’s story is well documented in Nashville. A prized offseason move in 2024, he suffered through an injury-plagued first season with the Titans, missing significant time with a leg injury and finishing the season on injured reserve. That was followed by an offseason “clean-up” procedure that cost him all of the team’s offseason team activities and now training camp.

When asked about his regular-season availability, head coach Brian Callahan offered an update on Sneed.
“We’ll see,” Callahan said. “I don’t have any definitive timelines that I can pin that to. We’re going to find out.
Now that he has passed his physical and can return, Sneed will likely be held to a return-to-play status as he reacclimatizes to on-field play. It’s a positive step forward and at least opens the door for his return to action early in the regular season.
This is also good news for the Titans’ secondary, as his return will give the unit a boost and likely spark some heated competition over the final few practice sessions and in the final preseason game before final cuts.
