Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson left practice roughly forty minutes early on Wednesday.
Jackson was knocked to the ground during a drill where the first team offense was head-to-head with the scout team defense.
A Ravens representative said Jackson’s foot was stepped on and that there is no concern for injury.
Jackson stayed in for several reps at practice while shaking his hand following being knocked to the ground.
Eventually, Jackson left the practice fields and was escorted inside by Ravens Strength and Conditioning coach Scott Elliot.
Several team doctors, including Dr. Andrew Tucker, followed the pair inside the building.
Backup quarterback Cooper Rush took snaps with the first team offense in Jackson’s absence.
