Report: Bullet pierced Andy Reid’s office at Chiefs practice facility in 2024
injury wise, bringing stool, Marquise Brown, Jones Rice, can you guys hear me all right. The guys that came back were Fulton and Drew tranquil, came back and did some work. And then the guys at the end there, uh, Lovett tweaked his ankle, but he came back in and then Smith, uh, uh. Hurt his finger, but they’re they’re gonna take care of him up there. He should be all in all *** good practice, uh, long one today. You guys got *** lot of, *** lot of reps in. He worked his tail off getting through. We had *** little bit of heat today. And but I thought the effort was was definitely there. One’s got *** lot of reps in particular. So anyways, with that, uh, as far as the game goes, since I know you’re going to go that direction, the quarterbacks we situated off the quarterbacks, so they’ll each get *** quarter. So the first one will be Pat, second one, Yes, Minu, um, and then Zappy, and then Chris at the end there. All right, so each one gets *** quarter and then everybody kind of follows that as we go. All right. Any questions? Time’s yours. So God’s been running the second team off *** lot. What have you seen in him and he does he fit in right now? He’s actually doing *** good job talking about Chou here, so he’s actually doing *** good job out there. Uh, he’s worked guard, he’s worked tackle, trying to get into that flex position where he can, he can help out in competing, but, um, he’s having *** good camp so far. I look forward to seeing him in the games. That’s what that is NFL in the regular season. Yeah, well, he’s getting there for sure, yeah, yeah, for sure. This will be *** big, big camp for him as we go. Just considering you’re working with *** new offensive line starting, is there any consideration to lead in the. Yeah, we’ll see, we’ll see how it goes. I’ll I’ll play that by ear, but. Um, You know, probably not more than *** quarter. So it’s important that they get in now they’re in front of some bright lights and it takes it up one more notch, not quite the season, but you’re still in front of *** big crowd and Against another team, so, uh, your adrenaline level gets pushed to another level, and let’s see how we do. Would you consider, uh, she was scoring issues minor and should be back? Yeah, yeah, yeah, it seems to me, but. And then cause she with that thing. I, I did, yeah, yeah, he, he was in town, so. Yeah, you know, listen, um. It’s great. It’s great to have him. I’ve watched him grow up and he’s *** dad now. His son’s with the 49ers doing *** nice job and he’s got *** daughter that’s *** heck of *** volleyball player and you know just watching watching people grow, I think is *** great position that I’m in to see that and you know he’s got *** good heart. He has got *** good heart. Coach, the, uh, USPN documentary series starts coming out next week. What was kind of, that’s, I mean, getting in depth like that is *** little bit different, at least *** different side of you. What kind of went into the decision to do that hit part? Um, well, our owner asked me to do it. So I mean it’s not really my deal, but that’s uh um. You know, I, I, he’s my boss, and so, um, I jumped in on him and if I’m going in, I’m going in. So I I’m gonna go all in. Was there any point where it was intrusive or you, you felt like Josh and we were doing this? No, you know, I thought the people handled it well. I, I thought they really did *** good job of, uh, not being *** distraction. I worry about that and one reason I don’t like doing those things, but I thought they, they actually really handled themselves well where I wasn’t able to tell people, get back, get out of here, do, do that, you know, that’s not what it was and uh so my hat goes off to them for handling it that way. Coach Reed, sorry, sorry, Coach Reed when evaluating the ones in the preseason game, what do you need to see to know the car out there gonna be? Um, Well, you know, you’d like us to do well, but I know we have other preseason games to really answer your question if I’m gonna be truthful about it. So go out and do the best you can. I’m gonna keep the numbers down for the first game, and then we’ll we’ll see about the second game. Just *** thought of practice today. You seem to go *** little longer than *** final practice before *** game. Is there *** specific reason? Yeah, we don’t listen. I’ve told you before, we don’t spend *** ton of time on the game part of it. Uh, we try to get our work done in here. I think that’s most important right now. Uh, we’ll give them some stuff this afternoon and talk about it and. get *** walk through tomorrow with the mock game, so. Um But we’re not spending *** ton of time on it, um. And I imagine they were doing the same thing, so, but it’s always good to go against somebody else and and have *** little competition. OK, thank you.
