The New York Jets are gearing up for their final preseason contest in 2025 against the Philadelphia Eagles.

With it being the last exhibition game this summer, insight into both rosters heading into the upcoming season is going to be provide. Jobs are certainly on the line.

With that, here are Jets Wire’s five players to watch for during the preseason finale against the Eagles:

After the Jets traded up in Round 3 to select Corley at the 2024 NFL draft he has done little. That has continued this summer. Corley did not play until the fourth quarter in Week 2 of the preseason against the New York Giants, which is a bad sign for his future.

Tyrod Taylor (knee) will continue to sit out the preseason finale. Without him, Cook and Adrian Martinez have taken the backup snap spots. Can either of those two show they can take that spot behind starter Justin Fields? Friday could be their last shot at showing it. Cook is an undrafted rookie.

Skinner earned a shoutout from head coach Aaron Glenn following his efforts against the Giants last week. Another UDFA rookie, Skinner had that impressive score last week–can he do enough to secure a future with the Green and White against the Eagles (another green and white)?

Let’s continue the UDFA streak once more with Clark. He led the Jets with tackles against the Giants after top safety Andre Cisco was burned for an 80-yard completion early in the game. Clark won’t surpass Cisco on the depth chart, but he could earn a backup spot with another strong outing.

No UDFA here but Taylor is worth a watch after the all the trades made by the Jets this week. The team acquired two other defensive tackles in Harrison Phillips and Jowon Briggs. Will that light a fire under Taylor? He did have a strip sack this preseason.
