The Dallas Cowboys and Houston Texans will conclude their preseason schedule with games on Friday and Saturday.

At 7 p.m. Friday, Dallas will host Atlanta.

Houston is scheduled to visit Detroit for a noon showdown Saturday.

The Cowboys are 0-2 in preseason and will be looking for a win against the Falcons, who have also dropped both of their preseason tilts this fall.

In their most recent outing Saturday, Dallas fell 31-13 to Baltimore.

Dallas will open the regular season at 7:20 p.m., Sept. 4, when the Cowboys visit the defending Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles.

Following a 20-3 romp over Carolina late last week, Houston was able to square up its preseason record at 1-1.

Detroit will bring a 1-2 worksheet into the fray, having defeated Atlanta 17-10 and lost to the Los Angeles Chargers (34-7) and to Miami (24-17).

Houston will launch the regular season at 3:25 p.m., Sept. 7 by traveling to Los Angeles to test the Rams.
