The showdown in Ireland is scheduled to start at 11 a.m. (CT) and will be aired on ESPN. Here are some players for Green Bay Packers fans to watch.
Domonique Orange, DT, Iowa State (No. 95)
Power, power and more power. Orange, a former four-star recruit, is stout at the point of attack and has the length and power to blast through the line of scrimmage to disrupt the action. He’s disruptive, even if his stats don’t back it up (seven tackles for loss past two seasons). According to Pro Football Focus, Orange recorded 17 pressures and 17 run stops last season. The Cyclone defensive tackle has good upfield juice for a man who weighs 328 pounds and once weighed 400-plus pounds.
Jontez Williams, CB, Iowa State (No. 3)
A former three-star recruit and track athlete, Williams is a plucky cornerback. He has the long speed to stay attached on a vertical plane and possesses quick feet. The Cyclone cornerback showcases natural instincts and has budding ball skills. This past season, he had a stretch of four straight games with an interception and ended the year with 46 tackles, two tackles for loss, four interceptions and five pass deflections.

Carson Hansen, RB, Iowa State (No. 26)
A former three-star recruit and track athlete, the Lakeville, Minnesota native enjoyed a coming out party last season. Hansen rushed for 752 yards and 13 touchdowns. He also added two receiving touchdowns and he could take on more of a role in the passing game in 2025. Hansen is a patient runner with good vision, with the quickness to break off chunk plays.
Desmond Purnell, LB, Kansas State (No. 32)
Purcell is undersized (5-10), so he may not be on Green Bay’s radar. However, Purnell is an explosive mover with sideline-to-sideline range. The Kansas State linebacker enters the 2025 season with 316 snaps on special teams to his name.

Jayce Brown, WR, Kansas State (No. 1)
Brown is an explosive playmaker who finished last season with 47 receptions for 823 yards and five touchdowns. A former track athlete, Brown is a vertical threat capable of stretching the field. Out of his 47 receptions last season, 29 of them led to a first down. First Down Jayce Brown. He’s on the lighter side (175-pounds), so he may not be on Green Bay’s radar, however there is no denying his playmaking ability.
Taylor Poitier, G, Kansas State (No. 52)
Poitier enters the 2025 season with 16 starts at right guard to his name, including 13 last season. Medicals will play a major role in Poitier’s draft process, as he’s suffered season-ending injuries in 2021 and 2022. In 2024, he gave up zero sacks and 13 pressures.
