Former Tennessee offensive lineman Jerome Carvin signed with Jacksonville on Aug. 19. The Jaguars also signed running back Kevin Harris, while waiving wide receiver Darius Lassiter and defensive lineman Eli Mostaert.
Carvin signed with Kansas City as an undrafted free agent following the 2023 NFL draft. He was also on practice squads for the Chiefs, Chicago, New England and Jacksonville in 2024.

Carvin played at Tennessee from 2018-22 and appeared in 60 games, including 43 starts. 21 starts were at left guard, 17 at right guard and five at center for the Vols.
He earned SEC Offensive Lineman of the Week honors on Oct. 22, 2022 and was a 2023 East-West Shrine Bowl participant.
Carvin is from Cordova High School in Cordova, Tennessee.
Jacksonville will kick off its 2025 NFL regular season on Sept. 7 versus Carolina. The season opener is slated for 1 p.m. EDT at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville, Florida. The contest will be televised by Fox.
