A member of the Super Bowl 51 Champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers team wants back in the NFL: Jason Pierre-Paul
Pierre-Paul, or JPP as he is affectionately known, last played for the New Orleans Saints and Miami Dolphins in the 2023 NFL season and has not been on a team since. In an interview he gave to TMZ announcing his return, Pierre-Paul says he is now 270 pounds and feels like he’s in his mid-20s again, not feeling his actual age of 36. He also cites having abs, adding that he has not had abs since his rookie season.

Jason Pierre-Paul is looking to show that he still has a lot of gas in the tank and that any team that gives him the opportunity will get “everything” that he has got.
Many Bucs fans might ask, “Could this be possible for the Bucs?” While Pierre-Paul was one of the fan favorites on that Super Bowl-winning team, the Buccaneers are thought to look to develop the multiple draft picks that they have invested in in the past, players such as Chris Braswell, a 2024 draft pick, and now Elijah Roberts and David Walker.
But as we learned in the 2024 season, Jason Licht never truly rules out a reunion, with Mike Edwards and Jordan Whitehead re-signing in the 2024 free agency market.
