Bishop Kearney product Nate Carter is living out his NFL dream.

“It’s exciting to see that I’m here at this moment,” Carter continued, “you know there’s a long road ahead but to say that I’m an NFL player, it’s a huge blessing in itself.”

The running back was signed by the Atlanta Falcons as an undrafted free agent this Spring, a moment made even more special with his family by his side.

“Being able to see their faces, all of us having tears down our face,” Carter said, “…it’s truly a blessing and I know they’re happy for me.”

Carter shined in his time at Kearney then went on to have successful college careers at UCONN and Michigan State. He will leave for Falcons rookie minicamp the week of May 5th.
