The Arizona Cardinals are ready for offensive lineman Will Hernandez to practice and perhaps play. Trimming their roster down to 53 players, Hernandez was activated from the PUP list for the regular season and was not placed on the regular-season PUP list.
That means he is able to practice immediately and can ramp up for games.

Since he and Jon Gaines are the only backup interior linemen, the Cardinals clearly see him as able to play, if needed.
Isaiah Adams is still the starting right guard to start the season. Head coach Jonathan Gannon said that, once Hernandez was healthy and practicing, he would gauge who is the better option to be the starter.
