The Tennessee Titans, along with every other NFL team, trimmed their roster down to 53 players on Tuesday, making a total of 37 transactions and placing Tyjae Spears on injured reserve with a return designation. On Wednesday, the Titans will begin signing players to the practice squad after the waiver period concludes at 11:00 a.m. CDT.

Each NFL team will carry 16 players on its practice squad in 2025, and a 17th can be added with an International Player Pathways player. The Titans have the first selection on the waiver wire, and who they claim there will result in a corresponding move somewhere else on the roster.
