Bucs LT Tristan Wirfs went from No. 85 to No. 28 in the ‘NFL Top 100’. He will play the Cardinals in 2025.
The NFL continues to reveal players in the yearly offseason “NFL Top 100.” Three Arizona Cardinals players made the list, with linebacker Josh Sweat at No. 95, tight end Trey McBride at No. 65 and safety Budda Baker at No. 34, making the list for the sixth straight year.
Several players the Cardinals will face in 2025 continue to be revealed.
Last week, players No. 30-21 were revealed. Tampa Bay Buccaneers tackle Tristan Wirfs comes in at No. 28. He moved up all the way from No. 85.
Wirfs’ Buccaneers teammate, running back Rachaad White, said there have been many great tackles in the NFL, but we “probably won’t ever see another tackle like him.”
He has mastered the art of playing tackle with his massive size and elite movement skills at his size.
He did not allow a sack in 2024. He became the first player to be a first-team All-Pro at both left tackle and right tackle. He started his career at right tackle.
The Cardinals will face him when they travel to Tampa to face the Bucs in Week 13, kicking off their final six games of the season.
The Cardinals upgraded their edge presence, adding Josh Sweat. Will they be able to challenge him?
