With the preseason behind us and the NFL’s regular season near, fantasy football drafts will be taking place this weekend. So with that, here are three Indianapolis Colts players to target.

TE Tyler Warren

Since arriving in Indianapolis, as expected, Warren has been a go-to target in the passing game, whether it was Daniel Jones or Anthony Richardson throwing to him.

Over the middle of the field, Warren presents a very difficult matchup with his combination of size and athleticism. He’s also proven to be a very reliable pass-catcher and brings YAC abilities as well, along with a physical presence.

From Day 1, Warren will get his share of the targets.

RB Jonathan Taylor

Of course, Taylor is on this list. The Colts added DJ Giddens in the draft to bolster the depth of this position group, but Taylor will still shoulder the workload here.

Appearing in 13 games last season, Taylor recorded the fourth-most rushing yards, which included a dominant final month of the season.

If Taylor is on the field, he’s going to put up yards and find the end zone.

WR Josh Downs

Downs has already proven in his first two NFL seasons that he can be a reliable, go-to target regardless of what the Colts’ quarterback situation has been like. His fantasy stock, however, may now be on the rise with Daniel Jones at quarterback.

During Jones’ tenure with the New York Giants, that offense struggled to produce downfield, with Jones often targeting the short or intermediate routes. That’s right where Downs is going to be working, which could be an increase in targets and scoring opportunities this season.
