Chop Robinson’s rookie season with the Miami Dolphins got off to a slow start before he ended it with a bang.
Despite not recording his first career sack until November, the 2024 first-round pick finished the back half of the season with the second most quarterback pressures in the NFL, behind only Micah Parsons.
Naturally, expectations are sky high for the 22-year-old pass rusher heading into his second season. More gasoline was dumped on that fire in training camp where Robinson consistently impressed teammates. Fellow Dolphins pass rusher Jaelan Phillips went so far as to call Robinson a “future Defensive Player of the Year candidate.”
Could that come to fruition in 2025?
