The top 10 players of the “NFL Top 100” were revealed on Monday on NFL Network. Another two players the Arizona Cardinals will face in 2025 were included.
The No. 1 player is Philadelphia Eagles running back Saquon Barkley, which is understandable, ccondering the season he had in 2024.

Coming in at No. 6 was Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow, whom the Cardinals face in 2025. He was No. 39 a year ago.
Houston Texans running back Joe Mixon, who played for the Bengals before 2024, said Burrow is “a monster.”
Cleveland Browns cornerback Denzel Ward called him “a fantastic quarterback.”
“He’s going to be patient in the pocket. He’s going to step into his throws,” he said.
New York Giants quarterback Jameis Winston said that Burrow has some of the best technique in the game.
In 2024, he had a special season, although the Bengals didn’t make the postseason. He led the NFL with 4,918 passing yards and 43 touchdown passes.

In his one career game against the Cardinals, a 34-20 win in 2023, he threw for 317 yards and three touchdowns.
The Cardinals must face him and the Bengals late in the season, on the road in Week 17. It will likely have major playoff implications. Can they beat him this time?
We will see.
