Bengals WR Ja’Marr Chase is No. 4 in the ‘NFL Top 100.’ He plays the Cardinals in Week 17.
The top 10 players of the “NFL Top 100” were revealed on Monday on NFL Network. Another two players the Arizona Cardinals will face in 2025 were included.
The No. 1 player is Philadelphia Eagles running back Saquon Barkley, which is understandable, considering the season he had in 2024.
The highest-ranked player the Cardinals will face in 2025 is Cincinnati Bengals receiver Ja’Marr Chase, who came in at No. 4 overall. He was No. 45 a year ago.
Baltimore Ravens cornerback Marlon Humphrey said that, looking at the receivers this year, “I don’t think there was any question who the best guy in the league was.” It was Chase. “He can really take anything to the house.”
Some said he is like a running back once he has the ball in his hands. Leading the league in receptions (127), receiving yards (1,708) and touchdown receptions (17), he was the fifth player since 1966 to win the receiving Triple Crown.
In his one career game against the Cardinals in 2023, he was an absolute monster. He had 15 receptions for 192 yards and three touchdowns in a 34-20 win at State Farm Stadium.
The Cardinals will face him again this year. It will be in Week 17 on the road. It will be a game to pay attention to, for sure.
