The Denver Broncos used a fourth-round pick to select Alabama outside linebacker Que Robinson in the NFL draft last month. So, what role will he have in Vance Joseph’s defense?

Robinson figures to compete for a rotational role at OLB this summer, but he might spend more time with special teams coordinator Darren Rizzi than he does with Joseph. Robinson was a four-core special teams player in college, and he’ figures to’ll likely have a similar role in Denver.

The team’s top four pass rushers all returned this offseason, and it will be hard for anything else to break into that rotation. Here’s our (projected) OLB depth chart for the Broncos ahead of organized team activities later this month.

Farmer will likely be a practice squad candidate again in 2025, and unless they trade one of them away, Denver appears poised to carry five OLBs on the 53-man roster this fall.
