Delaware North unveiled some of its new menu items on Wednesday ahead of the 2025 Buffalo Bills season at Highmark Stadium.
They’re bringing back the “battle boats” for each home game, which will feature dishes from Buffalo and its opponent.
Another highlight is the “MVP,” which is a flank steak served on a ciabatta roll with an onion ring on it.
This year marks the final one that the company will be in charge of the food for the Bills, with the team moving to its new stadium next year.
“We’ve always really wanted to go all out every year,” said Zachary Skinner, executive chief of Delaware North at Highmark Stadium. “We’ve always tried to elevate, push the envelope, continue to you know just push and make a better experience for the guest. This year, we’re going to continue to do that until the end of our time. We’re happy to serve the community. We’ve done a great job and we’re going to keep pushing that forward.”
