Cleveland Browns defensive back Grant Delpit told reporters he expects the Cincinnati Bengals‘ offensive line to struggle in their NFL Week 1 AFC North showdown at Huntington Bank Field.
“It’s gonna be a tough, tough day for the O-line of the Bengals,” Delpit said.

Bengals receiver Ja’Marr Chase, informed of Delpit’s remarks, responded by saying, “Okay. Nice to know.”
Chase also joked that he’s always wanted to jump into the Dawg Pound, but “heard they stab people in there.”
Browns defensive back Denzel Ward told reporters earlier in the week that he’d be texting Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow to encourage Burrow to throw the ball Ward’s way.
Delpit is in his fifth NFL season, all with the Browns. He was a teammate of Burrow’s at LSU.
Delpit was a second-round pick of the Browns in the 2020 NFL draft. He finished the 2024 season with a career-best 111 tackles.
