Working his way back from rehabbing a torn ACL, Hernandez was limited for the second consecutive day. It’s known whether Pappoe’s injury occurred yesterday or during practice Thursday.

Gaines was affected by a thumb injury in training camp that at one point had him wearing a cast. That is gone, and Gaines is expected to be active for Sunday’s game as a backup at both positions.
