Judkins is the final player out of the 257 selected in the 2025 NFL Draft to sign a contract with their team.

It took this long for Judkins to sign because the rookie was facing a a misdemeanor battery charge in relation to an arrest in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on July 12. The Broward County State Attorney’s Offic announced Aug. 14 that Judkins wouldn’t be charged.

Barbara M. Driscoll of Assistant State Attorney Domestic Violence Unit stated there is “no reasonable likelihood of conviction” and that “the case is being declined.”

NFL officials told the Akron Beacon Journal (part of the USA TODAY Network), “We have been following developments in the matter which remains under review.”

No word yet on any disciplinary action for the rookie running back.
