The Cleveland Browns now have an opening on their practice squad.
Former first round pick, center Cole Strange, is off to greener pastures after signing with the Cleveland practice squad this summer. Strange, who was released by the New England Patriots just three years after being selected in the first round by the franchise, opted to develop in Cleveland to find his footing. Instead, the Miami Dolphins have poached Strange off the Browns’ practice squad, signing him to their 53-man roster.

All-in-all, Strange was in Cleveland for just two weeks.
It will be interesting to see how the Browns fill that open practice squad spot. They could bring in another interior offensive lineman to replace Strange. They could also sign a kicker to the practice squad to compete with Andre Szmyt following his devastating debut for the Browns on Sunday in their loss to the Bengals.
Expect a move to come down the pipeline soon.
