Indiana State currently sits atop the Missouri Valley Football Conference, after opening its season with victories over McKendree (41-24) and Eastern Illinois (38-14). In their most recent victory, they got significant contributions from both of their quarterbacks, with Keegan Patterson going 11-for-17 for 111 yards and two touchdowns, with Elijah Owens adding 67 yards and a touchdown on 9-for-10 passing.
