As the Arizona Cardinals concluded their week of preparation for Sunday’s game against the Carolina Panthers, tight end Tip Reiman and linebacker Cody Simon will not play. In an upgrade from last week, when he was declared out on Friday, guard Will Hernandez is questionable this week.
The details of the Cardinals’ final injury report are below. After each player’s injury, there is the daily status, which is either no status (NS), did not practice (DNP), limited (LIM) or Full.

TE Tip Reiman (foot): DNP all three days
LB Cody Simon (concussion): DNP all three days
With Reiman out, Elijah Higgins and Travis Vokolek will likely be expected to do more blocking in the run game. It’s also possible that practice-squad tight end Josiah Deguara could be elevated. Elevations are announced around the league on Saturday for Sunday games.
Questionable to play
P Blake Gillikin (back): LIM all three days
G Will Hernandez (knee): LIM all three days
Hernandez has been limited in all six practices the last two weeks. But it’s a good sign that he’s questionable this week instead of out. Last week, tackles Kelvin Beachum and Josh Fryar, and center/guard Jon Gaines II were active. If Hernandez would be active as a potential backup guard, he could play snaps on special teams.
