Coach Jonathan Gannon said Simon (concussion) will not play in Sunday’s game versus Carolina, Bo Brack of GoPHNX.com reports.
The fourth-round rookie linebacker played 10 snaps on special teams in Arizona’s Week 1 win over New Orleans but was concussed on a kickoff in the second half.
