The New York Giants (0-1) will continue the regular season against the Dallas Cowboys (0-1) on Sunday afternoon at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
Left tackle Andrew Thomas practiced in back-to-back days and has a chance to play in Week 2, although the odds of that remain unlikely. He missed a Week 1 game against the Washington Commanders as he recovers from a Lisfranc injury.
“We’ll see how he feels after practice,” head coach Brian Daboll told reporters.
Giants wide receiver Darius Slayton is also dinged up, but Daboll anticipates he will play on Sunday against Dallas.
“I think he’ll be okay. But again, we’ll go through all this stuff today and hopefully he’ll be fine,” he said.
