The Houston Texans are gearing up to show out in front of their home crowd in the home opener on Monday Night Football as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers look to remain undefeated.
Three offensive players have missed time since last week. The good news? One player is trending upward to make his Houston debut on ABC. The bad news? The other two are likely out.
Offensive lineman Ed Ingram, who’s been nursing a abdominal injury since last Thursday, was listed as a full participant during drills on Thursday, which is often considered the most aggressive day of practice. Unfortunately, wide receivers Christian Kirk and Braxton Berrios, will miss their second straight game as he deals with a hamstring injury.
Meanwhile, offensive lineman Jake Andrews, who left Sunday’s game vs. the Rams, is also not expected to play with an ankle injury.
