Lions WR St. Brown talks about excitement for upcoming Bears game

Lions wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown talks about his team’s upcoming matchup with Ben Johnson and the Chicago Bears

The Detroit Lions have so far in 2025 avoided the injury bug that plagued them at the end of the 2024 season, but there are still some injuries that the team is dealing with.

The Lions are hosting the Chicago Bears (live updates) for their home opener at Ford Field on Sunday, Sept. 14, and have all of their offensive and defensive starters healthy.

Taylor Decker and Kerby Joseph, both listed as questionable entering this game, are both active.

Six players are inactive for the Lions: safety Thomas Harper, running back Sione Vaki, defensive linemen Chris Smith, Tyler Lacy and Tyrus Wheat and linebacker Trevor Nowaske.

We are following Lions injury updates during the Bears game below.
