Sean McVay was aggressive on the Los Angeles Rams’ opening drive against the Tennessee Titans, going for it on fourth-and-1 from Tennessee’s 45-yard line. It was a smart call, being too far for a field goal attempt, and he put the ball in the right guy’s hands.
He called a jet sweep to Puka Nacua, who took the handoff and burst upfield for a 45-yard touchdown run off the left side. He avoided one tackler at the line of scrimmage and then had a clear lane to the end zone, following his blockers to paydirt.

Jordan Whittington helped pave the way, ensuring no one would get close to Nacua in the open field.
It was the second rushing touchdown of Nacua’s career and the longest run he’s had in the NFL, making it a special score for the third-year receiver.
