The Tennessee Titans have a few injury question marks heading into their first AFC South game of the season against the Indianapolis Colts, and need all the help they can get to dig out of an 0-2 start.
The Titans (0-2) host the Colts (2-0) at Nissan Stadium on Sept. 21 (noon CT, CBS), pitting Ward against the suddenly hot Colts. As Indianapolis adjusts to early-season playoff hopes behind a dominant offense led by quarterback Daniel Jones, the Titans are in the middle of a persistent losing streak that dates to December 2024.

Several Titans are banged-up to some degree heading into the matchup, though few have clear-cut designations. The team will release injury reports on Sept. 17, 18 and 19, and coach Brian Callahan will address the media on the 17th and 19th with injury updates.
Here is the latest on the Titans’ injury report ahead of the upcoming game against the Colts.
JC Latham, RT, hip
In the Week 1 loss to Denver, Latham aggravated a hip injury initially suffered in August. He didn’t practice ahead of or play in the Week 2 game against the Los Angeles Rams. With Latham out, the Titans turned to John Ojukwu at right tackle; he surrendered two sacks, with two false start penalties.

T’Vondre Sweat, DT, ankle
Sweat didn’t practice or play in Week 2 because of an ankle injury. His replacements in-game were Sebastian Joseph-Day, James Lynch and Shy Tuttle. Sweat, a former second-round pick, dealt with an abdominal injury and the aftereffects of tonsil surgery during training camp.
L’Jarius Sneed, CB, knee
Sneed has been on the injury report throughout the season as he works back from offseason knee surgery. Though he played in the Titans’ first two games, he was limited in Week 1 and exited late in the game Week 2.
Kevin Winston Jr., S, hamstring
Winston has yet to make his NFL debut. He’s coming back from an ACL injury suffered in fall 2024 at Penn State, and is dealing with some lingering hamstring soreness following a preseason setback. Coach Brian Callahan has been optimistic about Winston’s progress in recent weeks.

Kevin Zeitler, OG, elbow
Zeitler, the starting right guard, exited the Titans’ Week 2 game with an elbow injury. No update has been given on his status.
Bryce Oliver, WR, knee
Oliver, a wide receiver and all-around special teams ace, exited the game against the Rams with a knee injury. No update has been given on his status.
Kalel Mullings, RB, ankle
Mullings sat out the Week 2 game with an ankle injury. He initially suffered the injury in the preseason and aggravated it on special teams in Week 1.
Tyjae Spears, RB, ankle
Spears remains on injured reserve. He has been on the shelf since the first week of the preseason, but in recent weeks has been spotted without his walking boot or scooter. He will not be eligible to play until Week 5, per NFL injured reserve policies.
