Jacobs played in 45 games over four seasons for Penn State and racked up 171 total tackles, 24 tackles-for-loss, 9.5 sacks, one forced fumble, and one interception. He signed with the Kansas City Chiefs as an undrafted free agent after the 2024 NFL Draft, but didn’t make the 53-man roster. The New England Patriots picked him up off of waivers, where he appeared in nine games in his rookie season before battling a concussion injury that sidelined him in November and December.
The Patriots released Jacobs in March. He signed with Tennessee the same month and spend all of the 2025 preseason with the Titans. He now makes his first NFL stop in the NFC as he looks to get a starting job.
