Cardinals’ visits and tryouts on Tuesday

DL Zach Carter

According to the NFL transaction report, Carter was in for a visit, which often precedes a signing. He had a tryout earlier in the month.

Carter has been in the NFL for the last three years. He was on the Las Vegas Raiders before getting cut and played against the Cardinals in the preseason finale, logging a tackle. The 6-4, 301-pound defensive lineman was drafted in the third round in 2022 by the Cincinnati Bengals. He played two and a half seasons before he was cut and the Raiders signed him to the practice squad and then to the active roster.
