Week 3 of the 2025 NFL season is upon us and the action will kick off on Thursday night with the Miami Dolphins visiting the Buffalo Bills at 8:15 p.m. ET on Prime Video.
The Bills are off to a 2-0 start to the season and they made quick work of the Jets in a 30-10 blowout victory last Sunday. Tight end Dalton Kincaid was a primary contributor towards that winning effort and will try to replicate that in this Thursday-night AFC East showdown.

Below, we’ll go over Kincaid’s outlook in fantasy football for Week 3.
Fantasy Football analysis: Bills TE Dalton Kincaid
Kincaid caught four of six targets for 37 yards in the team’s victory over the Jets last week, earning 7.7 fantasy points for managers in PPR leagues. The third-year tight end has yet to have an explosive outing for the Bills offense this season, but has been consistent enough to be a top-10 fantasy tight end through two weeks. He’s still splitting reps with Dawson Knox and his viability as a top tight end option comes down to whether or not he gets a look in the red zone like he did in Week 1.

Sit. Kincaid’s value to Buffalo’s offense mostly came as a blocker last week and he lent a hand in their rushers running for 224 yards in the 20-point victory over the Jets. I imagine that on a short week, the Bills will take a similar approach against the Dolphins and that could mean limited pass-catching opportunities for the tight end. I’d leave him on the bench this week and wait until Sunday to deploy another TE option into my starting lineup.
