The Carolina Panthers added some depth to their offensive trench ahead of tomorrow’s NFC South showdown against the Atlanta Falcons.
As announced on Saturday afternoon, the Panthers have activated offensive lineman Brandon Walton from the practice squad by standard elevation.

The fourth-year veteran appeared in one game for Panthers during the 2024 campaign. He notched four snaps on special teams in Carolina’s 38-20 loss to the Falcons in Week 6.
Walton played in all three preseason outings this past summer—where he recorded 45 snaps at left tackle, 32 at left guard, 32 at right guard and nine at right tackle.
He’ll serve as extra depth for a unit that will be without starting center Austin Corbett (MCL) and starting right guard Robert Hunt (biceps). Both were placed on injured reserve earlier in the week.
Cade Mays is expected to get the start at center while Chandler Zavala is in line for the nod at right guard.
