The Eagles have seven inactives after elevating safety Marcus Epps and tight end Cameron Latu from the practice squad on Saturday.

Here’s the full list of Eagles inactives:

Patrick Johnson is inactive for the first time this season after joining the 53-man roster following Week 1.

With Johnson, Azeez Ojulari, and Ogbo Okoronkwo not playing, the Eagles’ active edge rushers are Nolan Smith, Jalyx Hunt, Za’Darius Smith, and Joshua Uche.

Ojulari, Okoronkwo, Drew Kendall, and Tanner McKee are all inactive for the third straight game. McKee, who was a limited participant in practice with a right thumb injury, will serve as the Eagles’ emergency third quarterback.

Dallas Goedert (knee) returns to action after missing last week’s game. Latu, who made his NFL debut against the Chiefs, will continue to play fullback for Philadelphia. He played six offensive snaps in Week 2 and impressed with his blocking and on special teams

Epps will play his third game of the season, meaning he must be signed to the 53-man roster to play in Week 4.

Will Shipley (oblique) is missing his second consecutive game, although he made progress by being a limited participant on Thursday and Friday.
