Week 3 of the 2025 NFL season is upon us and the action will conclude on Monday night with the Detroit Lions visiting the Baltimore Ravens at 8:15 p.m. ET on ABC/ESPN.
The Lions were able to bounce back from their Week 1 loss by absolutely crushing the Bears in a 52-21 blowout victory last Sunday. Rookie wide receiver Isaac TeSlaa was one of several skill position players to get in on the action and we’ll see if he can step up big in primetime on Monday night.
Below, we’ll go over TeSlaa’s outlook in fantasy football for Week 3.
Fantasy Football analysis: Lions WR Isaac TeSlaa
TeSlaa only caught one pass for 29 in last week’s blowout victory over the Bears. It was his only target of the game and similar to his touchdown against the Packers the week prior, he turned heads with it being yet another one-handed grab. Jared Goff had plenty of nice things to say about the rookie this week and notably mentioned how they’re trying to work him into more into the offensive scheme. We’ll see if that comes to fruition on Monday night.
Start or sit in Week 3 PPR leagues?
Sit. The potential for TeSlaa is exciting for fantasy managers and he’s certainly wowing everyone with his one-handed grabs. But with only two targets in two weeks, I can’t recommend a starting spot for him just yet. Goff’s comments about incorporating the rookie into the offense more are interesting and I’d like to wait and see that come to fruition before giving him consideration for a starting spot.
