Jeremy Cluff writes: “The NFL’s international game schedule continues with this matchup in Dublin, Ireland. The Vikings’ defense was dominant in a win over the Cincinnati Bengals in NFL Week 3. It will make big plays again in a close win over Aaron Rodgers and the Steelers.”
Bookies.com: Bet the under in Steelers vs Vikings game
Bill Speros writes: “Aaron Rodgers hits the Emerald Isle to face a familiar foe. He’s won 17 of his previous 30 starts against the Vikings (with one tie). We’ll see if A-Rod and the Steelers offense can be ‘magically delicious’ against Brian Flores’ defense. The Patriots gifted the Steelers the win on Sunday. The Vikings rolled through a depleted Bengals unit Sunday. Neither offense has impressed.”
The site’s formula predicts that the Steelers will win the NFL Week 4 game against the Vikings.
ESPN: Vikings have a 57% chance to beat Steelers on Sunday
The site gives the Steelers a 42.6% shot at winning the NFL Week 4 game, with the remaining percentage accounting for a tie.
Dimers: Vikings 22, Steelers 20
It writes: “After extensive simulations, our model gives the Vikings a win probability of 60%, while the Steelers have a win probability of 40%.”
Sportsnaut: Vikings 24, Steelers 17
Matt Johnson writes: “A matchup against this Minnesota Vikings defense is the last thing a 41-year-old Aaron Rodgers needs, especially after making the trek to Dublin. It only makes things worse for the Pittsburgh Steelers that they’ve been unable to establish an effective ground game (63.0 rushing yards per game and 2.8 yards-per-carry average). So, even if this Vikings’ offense is led by Carson Wentz, Minnesota’s defense can throw blitzes at Rodgers that disrupt a lot of what the Steelers want to do in Arthur Smith’s offense. Plus, Jordan Mason will find running lanes versus Pittsburgh (139.3 rush ypg allowed, 28th in NFL). The Vikings win a one-sided game that isn’t as close as the final score suggests.”
