The Seattle Seahawks released their first of three mandatory practice reports on Monday ahead of Thursday night’s road matchup against the NFC West rival Arizona Cardinals.

Since the Seahawks didn’t practice on Monday, the report is an estimation of what players would have done.

10 notable Seahawks stats through the first three weeks

The good news for Seattle: Running back Zach Charbonnet (foot) was estimated as a full participant, while two-time Pro Bowl cornerback Devon Witherspoon (knee), Pro Bowl safety Julian Love (hamstring) and rookie safety Nick Emmanwori (ankle) were each listed as limited.

All four players missed Sunday’s game against the New Orleans Saints, so it may be an encouraging sign that all four were estimated to participate in practice in at least some form.

The bad news: A handful of other players have popped up on the practice report after Sunday’s 44-13 rout of the Saints.

Most notably, two-time Pro Bowl defensive lineman Leonard Williams (elbow, shoulder) was estimated as a limited participant. Edge rusher Boye Mafe (toe), tight end Elijah Arroyo (groin) and center Jalen Sundell (ankle, elbow) also were listed as limited.

Meanwhile, fullback Robbie Ouzts (ankle) and veteran swing tackle Josh Jones (ankle) were both estimated to sit out practice.
