Daniel Jones’ performances on the last three Sundays aren’t only banking wins for the Indianapolis Colts, but he’s taking home some additional money as well.
For every win that the Colts get this season where Jones plays at least 50% of the offensive snaps, he takes home $100,000.

In addition to that, Jones also gets $50,000 for every game he’s active in, according to Spotrac. If Jones plays at least 60% of the snaps this season and the Colts make the playoffs, that would earn him another $1 million.
So the Colts’ 3-0 start has earned Jones an additional $300,000 to start the season. And with the way Jones and this Colts team are playing, there’s going to be a lot more of those incentives coming his way.
Not to get too far ahead of ourselves, but for every playoff win the Colts have where Jones plays 50% of the snaps, he earns $250,000 in those games.
Jones signed a one-year deal with the Colts this past offseason. The deal is worth $14 million and includes $13.5 million guaranteed.

Through various incentives, this contract could be worth up to $17.7 million by season’s end.
